ARGO LIMO – Policies and Terms of Use
By using our services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms of Use.
Privacy Policy
All personal information provided by customers—including full name, credit card details, email address, physical address, cell phone number, and any other data—is treated as strictly confidential. This information will never be shared with any third-party individuals or companies.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a reservation, the cardholder confirms that they have read and agree to this statement. This grants Argo Limo Inc. authorization to charge the provided credit card for any outstanding amounts not paid in full upon completion of the services. The cardholder agrees to pay for all fines, damages, and related costs. Furthermore, the cardholder agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Argo Limo Inc in the event of any incident or accident not directly caused by the service provided in our vehicles.
On-Time Service Guarantee
For reservations made at least 48 hours in advance, we guarantee on-time pickup (subject to weather-related delays and other extenuating circumstances beyond our control).
Airport Arrivals
We monitor the flight details you provide to track actual arrival times. Your chauffeur will meet you in the designated limo pickup area unless a Meet & Greet service inside the terminal has been specified and prepaid.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate airline, flight number, luggage details (checked or carry-on), and a working cell phone number for the passenger. Argo Limo is not liable for delays, charges, or issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information, diverted flights, cancellations, or other airline-related problems.
In the event of a missed flight, the passenger must contact us immediately. Failure to notify us may result in a full “No-Show” fee of 100% of the reservation cost.
Reservations
An online reservation is not considered final until you receive a confirmation email containing all details. Argo Limo reserves the right to reject any online reservation without explanation.
We may correct any inaccuracies in the reservation (e.g., service type, vehicle type, airport address) as needed, which may affect the final price.
Reservations are not guaranteed unless full payment is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time. A 50% non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure and hold the reservation.
We strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance (with deposit if requested) to ensure availability and on-time service. All details—such as flight number, AM/PM time, date, and vehicle type—must be confirmed via email with our office to prevent any issues.
A credit card is required to hold all reservations but will not be charged until after the service is completed. Final charges may vary due to additional fees (e.g., tolls, extra stops, waiting time).
Scheduling
The full reserved time must be paid for, even if not entirely used, unless changes are pre-approved by management. Your chauffeur is available starting at the requested time, and any extensions will incur additional charges. Argo Limo Inc is not responsible for delays or damages caused by acts of God, natural events, or unforeseen mechanical issues.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least one week in advance to avoid fees. Reservations canceled less than one week before the service date will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will also be charged 100% of the total cost. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Limousine-Specific Cancellation Policy Cancellations for limousine services must be made at least three weeks in advance to avoid fees. Any cancellations made less than three weeks before the scheduled pickup will result in forfeiture of all fees and deposits (non-refundable).
Waiting Time
- Airport arrivals include 30 minutes complimentary waiting time for domestic flights and 45–50 minutes for international flights (after actual gate arrival) to allow for luggage collection and meeting the driver.
- Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary period will be charged.
- After the first 15 minutes of prearranged waiting time, charges apply as follows:
- 15–30 minutes: billed as 30 minutes
- 30–60 minutes: billed as 1 hour
- Overtime rates apply thereafter.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is automatically added to every trip. If paying by credit card, no additional cash tip is required unless you wish to provide one directly to the driver.
Credit Card Transactions
We reserve the right to request a copy of the credit card and government-issued ID for verification purposes. Refusal to provide these may result in denial of service. First-time customers or certain parties paying by credit card must present the card and ID to the driver upon request.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Your card will be charged only after the service is completed, and receipts will be emailed. For reservations totaling over $100, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be charged at the time of booking.
Damages Resulting from Passenger Actions
Argo Limo will charge for any cleaning or repair costs resulting from passenger actions (or those of their party), including but not limited to:
- Vomiting/sickness: $500 per incident (cleaning fee)
- Broken or missing glassware: $15 per item
- Burns (e.g., cigarette or other): $800 per incident (repair/replacement)
- Upholstery tears or other interior damage: $700–$1,000 per incident (repair/replacement)
- Damage from opening doors into other vehicles or objects
The actual amount billed will reflect repair costs and any lost service time for the vehicle.

No-Smoking Policy
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited in all Argo Limo vehicles. This policy is non-negotiable and is not at the discretion of the driver.
SMS/Text Messaging Communications
Types of SMS Communications
If you have consented to receive text messages from ARGO LIMO, you may receive text messages related to ( Please describe what your text messages you sent are related to, for example. appointment reminders, meetings, and follow-up on cases. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Many carriers charge a fee for each message sent or received. This can vary depending on the carrier’s pricing structure and whether the message is sent domestically or internationally. Opt-In Method: Customer will Opt-In for SMS messaging from Argo Limo through intakes forms on their website located at https://argolimoindenver.com/, this agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opt-out: Customer will be able to opt out for SMS messaging from ARGO LIMO by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message, once opted-out they will receive no further SMS communication. They can opt back in at any time by replying START
